Directions for use:

Apply 1/2 dropper full 3-4 times daily to affected area as needed. Apply more frequently for more severe symptoms and less frequently for maintenance of symptoms. You may feel a cool, tingling sensation upon application. This is normal due to the peppermint oil, and may help ease some of the above symptoms. If a burning or stinging sensation, irritation, or discomfort occurs, discontinue use immediately.
